We try to keep our inventory as up to date as possible, but sometimes things slip through the cracks. There may be instances where we say an order is in stock on our website and it is not.

Where possible, if an item is out of stock due to inventory, delivery or pricing issues, we will try our best to find a replacement and get it to you.

If we cannot, please know we apologize profusely and will refund all your money to you.

Limited Items

We will limit the number of individual items per order.  This will be posted on the webpage.  If you wish to order more of an item, you will need to let us know by using the contact page and request a larger quantity.

Business Hours

We are available Monday thru Friday 9am to 6pm. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please allow at least 24 hours from the placement of your order for processing.


We reserve the right to cancel any account at any time.  Any pending order or returns will be completed and your account will be closed.

Refunds and Returns

At we do not want you to buy products you cannot use or do not want.   We allow returns for any reason under the following guidelines:

We have a 30 day refund on most items (see our exceptions on the return policy page). For smartphones, mobile devices (including tablets and phones) and computers it’s 14 days.

Shipping charges are non refundable.

Returns will be for the purchase price of the item (s) ordered.

In most circumstances you are required to pay for return shipping to us. We may, at our sole discretion, waive this charge if requested.

To initiate the return, you must contact us using one of the ways outlined on the contact us page or by logging into your account, locating the item on your orders page and initiating the return process.

You must return your item along with all original packaging in its original box in the same shipping box or envelope or bag it was sent to you.

You may use a label provided by us or your own label once you have received authorization to return your item.

If returning a bundle, and a discount was applied to items within that bundle, please return all items.  If any item within the bundle is not returned, you will be charged the full price of the item (s) not returned.

If there was a reduction in shipping (i.e. free shipping) and the order no longer qualifies for free shipping (i.e. the price of the item is less than the requirement for free shipping) you will be charged the shipping cost of the item not returned.

Items returned used may incur a restocking fee and be credited in the form of store credit. Both conditions are at our discretion.

While most items are returnable, used screen protectors are not.  Please see the return policy page for more details.


We collect tax on all orders shipped to New York state only.


In general it can take between 7-21 days to receive your items.  This time frame is in ADDITION to the amount of time it may take to prepare your items for shipping (as indicated the “ships in 24 – xx hours” displayed on the product page).

At the checkout page, you will find multiple shipping options.  Please take this into account when ordering.

In general we have seen item arrive in as little as 10 working days (2 weeks).

Note: in some cases, shipping may come without a tracking number.  In those cases you can contact us after at least two weeks has passed for an update.
