Return Policy

This page will be updated as the site grows and as more products become available.   Our return policy for products that are consumable or have consumable elements or products that impact hygiene such as undergarments  will have very different policies that our general policy.

All items are shipped from local or overseas distributors.  However, returns will be made domestically to our offices in the U.S.

Here are the broad outlines of our return policy as it stands:

General Rules

At Look Save Buy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  We’re a new company and we want happy customers.

Prior to use, please make every effort to inspect items for missing pieces or damage. If you are not satisfied or encounter a manufacturing defect outside of ordinary wear and tear, please notify our customer service right away.

If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return the unopened item to Looksavebuy within 30 days of delivery date for a replacement or refund. Just log into your account and locate the order’s page to request a return merchandise authorization or RMA number.  You can also contact us using the contact us page and request a return.  Once you get that number and instructions for shipment, ship the item to us and we will refund you the item’s full purchase price!

If within 14 days of delivery you notice your item is defective or damaged through no fault of your own, follow the above procedure for a full refund.  If you are delivered the wrong item or the item was damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.  In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and ship out the correct item.

If you are not happy with your item after  its been lightly using it for 30 days and it is in good working order and like new cosmetic condition, we will accept your return for store credit only.  You must request an RMA and we may ask you to send us a picture of the item prior to shipping. These returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

All returns must come in original box with all original items and accessories.   If original box is missing or accessories are missing (including consumable items or manuals) your return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  In these instances and at our sole discretion we may issue store credit.

 

Tablets, Smartphone/Mobile Phone, Mobile devices and computers

If you are not happy with your order, you may ship the unopened item within 14 days of delivery.  Just log into your account and locate the orders page, find your order and begin the return/cancellation process. YOu can also request an  RMA number or contact us using the contact us page.  You will receive an email with instructions on where to ship the item to us and we will refund you the item’s full purchase price!

Items not refundable

Used screen protectors are not refundable under any circumstances.

 

A note about delivery

We determine an item to be delivered based on the delivery date indicated by the tracking information provided by our local or overseas shipper.  If such tracking is not available it will be based on the estimated time frame given on the site.   If there is a dispute, please keep a copy of packing receipt and labels that clearly indicate when the items were delivered.

 

Items not delivered or late

We do not guarantee delivery dates, but we will assist if delivery times are excessive.  Given some items are shipped from overseas it is possible your purchase could be held in customs for unknown reasons.  Please let us know by using the contact form if your items do not arrive within 30 business days of ordering.
